1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of art.quietidiot.com, including purchasing prints, browsing the portfolio, and submitting commission enquiries. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Prints and orders

  • All prints are made to order by carefully vetted professional print partners. Production begins after payment is confirmed.
  • Prices are listed in NZD and may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if an image is no longer available or if we cannot ship to your region. You will be fully refunded in this case.
  • Colours on screen may differ slightly from the final print due to display calibration and print material characteristics.

3. Shipping and delivery

  • We ship to New Zealand, Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and most European countries. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only. Tracking information is provided when available.
  • You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or charges applied by your country.

4. Returns and refunds

  • Since each print is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
  • If your print arrives damaged or defective, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a reprint or refund.
  • If an order is lost in transit and tracking confirms non-delivery, we will reprint or refund at our discretion.

5. Copyright

All photographs, images, and content on art.quietidiot.com are the exclusive intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing a print grants you ownership of the physical print only — not the copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the images for commercial purposes without written permission.

The images on this site are displayed at reduced resolution as a deliberate anti-copy measure. Attempting to circumvent this, scraping images, or redistributing them is prohibited.

6. Commission enquiries

Submitting a commission enquiry does not create any contractual obligation. The artist will review your enquiry and respond with availability, pricing, and terms. Any resulting commission is governed by a separate written agreement between the artist and client.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from the account dashboard. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is removed and what is retained.

8. Limitation of liability

art.quietidiot.com is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of prints. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
